Great location, beautifull view from balcony. Real issue with key card as we only have one for 2 & some issue with hot water

I paid 5 nights for nothing... Booking.com doesn't take any action.

This booking I have is just like a nightmare like paying for nothing. Booking.com does not take any action about what's happening.
This booking is full of disappointments and disgusting.I booked and paid 5 nights to stay supposedly.When I came to the property with my family this unit/apartment under booking.com is currently occupied. When i called the contact number provided She just simply said over the phone that this unit isn't CONNECTED ANYMORE TO BOOKING.COM. She's not even a face and talk to me in person. My question is why I don't get information before on that day and why I don't get feedback or reply during emergencies.
I just looked for another place to stay and full of regrets and shamed.It was double the price of the hotel because of the big event(sinulog festival) but nothing I can do is to take it.
I will not book or trust to BOOKING.COM anymore.

There was plenty of places to eat and to shop. But, the wifi was bad. Only 2 people from your room could go to the pool at any one time. The hot water heater in the shower did not work.

unit was missing a lot of necessary items. No toilet paper, no dish soap, no top bedsheet, blanket supplied but too small for two people. shoukd have microwave as people don’t really cook. tv was good as it had netflix and amazon. no garbage bags. water preasure was very low. I would recommend to stay at a hotel instead.

The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located.
Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00
The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation.
Long wait for elevators, one is always broken.
Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak.
If you can pass the elevators smells.
It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location.
