The room is quite too old. The aircon is not so cold. No elevator. Ambiance is not good. I wont recommend this property.

The location is opposite Mactan Gaisano Mall, so it's easy to find ... Noisy window air conditioners can make it difficult for sensitive people to sleep, and the toilets are clean enough that women are reluctant to use them. For those who want to sleep in bed at a reasonable cost after arriving at the airport, try the challenge.

関空までの深夜便待ちのために利用。掲載写真とは大違いで建物は老朽化し、部屋も狭く、不潔感極まりない。当然エアコンはフイリピンに多くある駆動音がうるさいタイプ。シャワーのお湯もろくに出ず、あげくに仮眠中に何カ所もダニに刺され、帰国後に大きく腫れ、散々な一時利用となった。通常こんな部屋の相場はP500がいいとこだろう。
フロントも多分オーナーのおばちゃん一人しかおらず、チェックアウトの際は、ソファーで寝てました。簡単な食事は向いのガイサノマクタンアイランドで取れるが、冷房が全く効いておらず、時間をつぶすのに難儀した。
