The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The reason I gave it only 2 stars is because when we got to our room there was no top sheet on our king size bed, only a comforter and the housekeeper said it’s their new policy to not use a top sheet. Who knows how often they wash the comforter. He did bring one up and put on our bed. The next thing was when we checked out we had them hold our 5 bags at concierge desk so we could go shopping at the SM mall next door. When we came back a couple hours later they couldn’t find our bags and were checking everywhere for them. They finally located them in 2 different places while our taxi was waiting patiently. Very unorganized. I would not stay there again for that reason.

Our Third Stay: Great Service, Outstanding Breakfast, and a Pool Long Overdue
Our third stay at Radisson Blu Cebu once again reminded us why this hotel stands above the rest in the city. From the moment we arrived, the service felt consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, showing the same high standards we’ve experienced on previous visits. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work.
The swimming pool, however, remains under renovation/reconstruction. It has now been closed since June 2025 — 15 months and counting. For perspective, the Empire State Building in New York City only took 13 months to build. At this point, Radisson and the franchise lessee SM would have been better off scrapping the old pool entirely and creating the best hotel swimming pool in Cebu City. The hotel deserves a flagship pool that matches the quality of the rest of the property.
Each morning we visited Feria for the breakfast buffet, which continues to be outstanding. The variety, quality, and proper food temperature make it one of the best breakfast buffets in Cebu. The staff in the restaurant are so very kind and welcoming — especially Kristoffer. We first met him during our first stay last year, and it’s always nice to see a friendly and familiar face when we return.
The location beside SM City Cebu is incredibly convenient. The center is huge with plenty of shopping and dining options.
After three stays, Radisson Blu Cebu has proven to be reliable, comfortable, and consistently excellent. It remains our go‑to hotel whenever we’re in the city.

Radisson is an exceptional hotel in Cebu
This is my favourite Radisson hotel. The business lounge offers a personalised check in/out service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere with 2 hours of cocktails every evening. The rooms are very well kept and the entrance of the hotel is grand and impressive. Having the SM shopping centre right next door is great for a safe stroll around the shops and restaurants, and general location in central to Cebu city.
