Didn’t use the shuttle as a taxi turned up beforehand although good to have the option as a backup at 3am when Grab has fewer drivers. There was a wedding reception going on so noise in the evening when I wanted an early night and also you need a cash deposit of 500 peso which was lucky I had. Otherwise nice enough hotel but I left before breakfast.

Close to the airport, free shuttle, extremely friendly staff, good meals in the restaurant and nice pool with a view of the city.

Poor service, rundown hotel, told the day before that the pool would be out of commission, but no compensation.

The day before we arrived we received an email saying the pool was out of commission for maintenance, they would have known this for a long time and decided to keep it from us so it was too late to cancel. The pool is why we booked here and is its only saving grace, they didn't give any discount or upgrade, or any acknowledgement. The hotel is very rundown and the rooms were poor, the service even worse, they dont clean or make up the beds, towels etc. Breakfast was basic but fine.
