Nice complex

We had a room in the back of the complex. The rooms are quite small but have almost everything your heart desires and are clean only a small fridge we lacked. The bathroom is large enough and the shower is clean and the water comes with pressure from the pipe. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning does its job and has the room down to comfortable temperature quite quickly. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the Philippines. The staff had a smile on their lips at all times.
The pool was clean and very nicely laid out.
With the trike you are in the "city" in a short time for 30 pesos.
We recommend this place and will definitely try to stay here again should we come back to Coron.

Area around it is way dark
I did ask for towels never got them
Bathroom dirty
Late response on reimbursement problem through email
Phone does not take calls, later on was explain it was Manila site still waste of time

Staff was courteous and breakfast was decent! What made my experience negative was the constant power outage during my 4-day stay. The outage was recurring for almost 3 consecutive nights. My room was also missing duvets; we were only provided thin blankets (compared to other rooms where the rest of my family stayed). I stayed on the 2nd floor and the noise level was bothersome, both from the wind throwing a few things around echoing down the hallway, and a bunch of drunk and inconsiderate guests constantly yelling and slamming their doors late at night (which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but still really annoying). Wish I had a better experience since my cousin loves this hotel and recommended it to me.

Everything about this hotel was dated and very bad layout of rooms, you always have to close the curtains or people can see inside your room, staff horrible and very enological. The only person that was nice and understanding was the general manager, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel unless there is a huge turn over from ground up.

Staff not friendly, they are all serious not even smiling and  laughing behind my back
