It would take little

Pros of this property, central location, well maintained pool, fantastic staff and super helpful basic breakfast included.
Against maintenance of the rooms and common areas in a little lacking, bathroom small cleanliness so. Prices ok for the location a little maintenance and would definitely be worth 4 stars

Definitely not for this hotel

Sorry, I don't usually post such reviews because we're not difficult but there really nothing was in this hotel, last stop of our road trip in the Philippines.
As soon as we arrived, it starts badly, he didn't have our reservation which was validated and paid for, the receptionist who was nice and looked really sorry wanted to take us twice to a room of other establishments but we retained access to the pool and breakfast, not convenient at all and the rooms did not meet our expectations at all (one of which in shared bathroom).
So we refused this option and demanded a room right here, after a good hour we had a room upstairs just above the street, which we bitterly regretted, we didn't sleep all night even with balls quiès that we went to buy in pharmacy, we had the impression that the vehicles passed at the foot of the bed, no insulation and no windows just blinds.
The room, old and it's not to say, of questionable cleanliness, especially pillows and mattress, no equipment, not even a fridge to keep the water cool.
The pool area itself is not unpleasant but nothing to settle not even a chair.
And finally the breakfast we only had every other day when there's enough staff to take care of it.
I really do not recommend this hotel, again sorry.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night

Nice staff at reception, nice Pool but then everything else was really bad:
Dirty untidy room
Everything in the room was broken, Bed, shower, wardrobe, toilet seat etc.
AC,n worked with sounded very loud.
It was incredibly responsive, you could hear the slightest footsteps or sex act from the nearby rooms and even if someone went outside.
Breakfast was really bad, and the breakfast staff not the nicest.

Rundown noisy room, smelt of burning from outside in evenings. Noisy guests, staff and traffic throughout the night, but windows only have plastic louvres no glass in windows, and no real blinds or anything to block the light or to provide privacy. Lights from corridor at night shines into room all night aswell. Staff helpful enough but its a sweat to keep asking the room to be made each day, then you need to ask for towels, then toiletries as those werent replenished, and if you want to relax by the pool it was often noisy with screaming young children , or people in their early 20s having beer with music blaring by the pool. No drinking water provided either so fill your bottles up at breakfast.... basically feels like a backpackers with your own room, or a homestay so you fit in with how they do things. Laundry was also hanging outside some of the rooms all the time i was there. Could be so good but these owners really have no idea...
