Nice people very central location
Everything was nice except the stairs and missing breakfast reception was so helpful for everything please try massage, it was the best massage we have ever had they come to your room and so cheap 500 pesos

Multiple Maintenance Issues (Negative Review 2022)
Nice people with positive intentions, however
the hotel is having major maintenance issues.
Plumbing, noisy air condition and leaking water
on the bed.
I was also struggling to take a shower because
their was no hot water.
On top of that Miscommunication and
misunderstanding all the time. I got tired from
the service at the end.
The owner said that because COVID they didn’t
had money to fix those issues, however for me
as a paying customer. I didn’t get any value for
money. I hope this review will motivate you to
fix those important general hotel issues, so you
can give a better customer experience to your
future valued guests.

Great Spot Great Staff
Stayed at Kalis (in the back packers room) in the rear of the hotel for 3 nights. Inexpensive accommodation, but the room had everything necessary. Shared bath was a bit of an adventure, but functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel WiFi was spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating. Rooftop terrace was fantastic. Make sure to say hi to Lucas if you visit!

twas ok!
our first day in this hotel was not so pleasant. the day we arrived, the owner and us (friends) has a huge misunderstanding. we almost back out on our reservation. but after all the talks and i was so freaking tired and hungry from our trip elnido-coron ferry ride. i decided to just get the extra room at the ground floor coz i dont want anymore drama. i paid extra. I called the hotel prior our arrival yet the person i talked with was absent so i need to face the owner who was in the front desk that day. twas a misunderstanding coz theres 3 of us and they just want us to sleep together in one bed. so after that after paying extra for the 3rd person i paid more money for the other room to avoid any drama. but thats just during our arrival. after that things were ok and the staff treated us nicely. i can say that location wise it is very convenient. you can find restaurants, bars etc nearby.

Perfect location, everyone was super nice!
Everyone was super friendly, always available for help or suggestions. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of days and they made themselves always available. Perfect location, close by to the main attractions and restaurants. Good quality for a reasonable price!
The rooftop has really great potential, we went a couple of times up there, we took our breakfast there once and a take-away dinner another day. It's quiet, there is a really nice view but not much used. I would suggest to move up there some services like serving breakfast since it is not included at the moment. It could be an idea!
