Total disappointment
Our experience was not good at all.
The room smells damp all the time, the noise of guests and service staff is unbearable.
Cocktails are made with pure colorants, they are very bad. Very poor breakfasts and with hair in the food.
The dirty pool and without a single sun visor in this area.

Don’t spend your money here
Unfortunately, we were looking to this leg of two month trip in the Philippines ( Coron)
Upon our arrival, we had noticed that our bedsheets hadn’t been changed and due to seeing these dirty sheets we lifted the sheet and there was fresh soaked blood on the mattress cover. We are staying here from January 17 to the 24th and on three occasions so far had to go down because there was no available towels in our room.
On my first complaint, they gave me one towel for two people
On my second complaint, it took 40 minutes to receive fresh towels. We have just arrived from a full day of activities at our hotel at 6:30 and wanted to take a shower, but there is no hot water and we are told that it could be at least an hour before having some.
I have stayed in two star hotels that were better than this one

- Poor service, whatever you will ask for they cannot provide. If they can you will have to ask multiple times for it. An hour late check-out, an extra card for the room, new batteries to the AC-remote - No No No
- Food at the restaurant is crap. Breakfast was actually so bad that we skipped it despite being free of charge and ate it in the town instead.
- Room is not what you see in the pictures when you book. Our "Balcony" was om the bottom floor and literally the only thing you could see from it was the neighbours white moldy wall 2-3 meters away. Being wi5hout any sunlight at all it was also a Mosquito paradise, making it completely impossible to stay our there. The housekeeper also let them in during cleaning, so the entire was also filled with mosquitos. In the bathroom a part of the wall was filled with plaster bagworms. The drain in the shower barely worked and flooded the bathroom.
- We woke up around 7 am every morning against our woll because of the neighbours and their kids playing indians and cowboys in the hallway for hours.
Do yourself a service and just stay away from this hotel.

Staff riveted to their cell phones
Clean and modern hotel, but with already several signs of aging (broken bathroom tap, broken furniture, broken doors, torn cover, etc.)
Lunch is fine, but the restaurant is hot and not air conditioned. We had the impression that this was voluntary to avoid customers eating too much. In the evening, the room was air-conditioned, but the lighting felt like a cafeteria rather than a restaurant atmosphere for a quiet supper.
The pool is a beautiful size, but the water is cloudy and there were many insects and leaves floating on the surface. Several chairs and tables, but no umbrella or shade available. We found pieces of glass on the terrace four (4) times. Although we went to see the staff three times, no one came to sweep and make sure the safety of the guests.
The staff at this hotel are constantly on their cell phones. Whether at the restaurant, at the reception, at the pool bar, the staff always have their eyes on their cellphones which means that there is no proactivity. At the pool, the guest must pick up the cushions for chairs, towels, etc.
At one point, the employee was so unprepared that customers would help themselves to the beer in the refrigerator and when the employee returned, they would have their drinks added to their room.
Finally, we rented a scooter. The latter was old and dirty. In addition, no helmet was provided. What was supposed to happen, we had an accident. When we returned to the hotel after a few hours in hospital, the staff never took the time to inquire about our health and they tried to blame us for damage to the scooter that was already present when we took it. Luckily, we had pictures and a video.

Our flight to Busuanga was unable to land because of severe weather, and the airline/airport advised that flights within the week were canceled. We immediately informed the hotel and provided documentation. We also explained we’re heading back overseas, so rebooking isn’t feasible. Despite all that, the hotel refused to process a refund and insisted on rebooking only. This was a clear force-majeure situation beyond any guest’s control, yet there was no flexibility or empathy. Disappointing service, think twice, don’t book here.
