The staff on the front desk was very helpful within their limits of responsibilities. Bathroom needs improvement, no toilet seat, you have to ask for toilet paper. They imposed excessive charge to use the picnic areas, PH1000.00, 150.00 to use their dirty bbq grill, 300.00 to bring your own liquor. Very limited breakfast menu. The beach area is excellent for children, surprisingly its free. Will I come back, I don't think so.

So much to desire

Toilet has no hot water. Mattress already flat. TV is a measly 14" and not even led. Staff is not so nice. Beach is OK.... Black sand. Aircon was ok... It was cool enough. The resort is beach front but the beach wasn't as private as the neighborhood on the left side wasn't as nice.

Safe place to sleep

Rooms clean and spacious, hotel clean,all rooms with air-conditioning, bedding a big let down beddings are too old, not cheap,15 minutes walk to get tricycle to go to Batac city, peaceful place during the day but at midnight roosters are too noisy. Rooster farming is next door to the hotel.Outside surrounding dirty including the beach as thesis been use as a boat parking by the fisherman.Fresh seafood from the sea caught by the local fisherman is available but not sure if the restaurant will prepare it for their guest when request. Bringing food and using the bamboo shelter will incur a surcharge

Safe and Cheap

We chose this place because of its cheap prices. The place is safe, ample parking space and friendly staff. The gate is locked at night with a 24 hour guard.
All rooms are located at the 2nd floor. Our standard room has a balcony, air conditioner, cable tv and own toilet and shower.
The beds are wide but thin. Since we had 2 single beds, we decided to place one on top of the other. There's not hot water and it's ok since the water from the shower is not cold. Free wifi is available at the lobby. Fast and reliable.
Complimentary breakfast is included with the reservation and it's always Hot dog, plain rice, fried egg and water to drink. Breakfast is served from 7-9am only.
April Mayubay is very helpful. She was the one who transacted with our reservation, checking-in and checking-out. She answers calls, texts and emails promptly.
The beachfront is very peaceful and rustic. Fishing boats are also lined up along the shore which adds to the authenticity of provincial life.
