Who is very happy with my stay here. I found the staff here very friendly. View of the mountains and the oceans was wonderful. Air-conditioning works great. Definitely a positive part of my vacation.

Very poor experience

Very poor value for money. The room rate includes an alleged buffet breakfast which usually consists of three foods at the most. Very poor choice. There's no water water or coffee in the room which one would expect at the room rate. They wanted to charge 1k peso for pick-up from the pier, another rip off. Overall a very poor experience.

The A/C wasn’t cooling enough. Hot water in the shower was off and on and a little difficult to adjust. The wall-mounted water heater needs to be inspected. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. The elevator floor needs to be cleaned as well as the lobby floor. Room is very spacious. Front desk personnel are very courteous and helpful. The location is very central, walking distance to most city attractions. The price for the room is excellent value. Will stay again if we ever go back to the city.

Staff was very courteous. When we are missing something, they are fast in getting our request. Breakfast food is excellent.
Room is clean.

Close to everything. Walking distance to the boulevard. Breakfast was okay considering the price we paud.
