Bad experience

Stay from 3 to 11/3/25.
Point +: very smiling staff.
Cons: no wifi in the room, bed linen and towels not changed at all during the entire stay, toilet paper to claim at the reception, no hot water at all, bugs in the bed, extremely noisy hotel

Our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. The room was in terrible condition: dirty, with visibly stained sheets and ants crawling both around the room and on the beds. Despite reporting the issue to the reception immediately, we were promised three times that someone would come to address it, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, at check-in, our reservation could not be found, even though we had already paid. We had to wait about half an hour for the issue to be resolved. Overall, it was a very frustrating stay with unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place at all!

Recommendation!!!

We booked 2 Deluxe queens and also paid, but on our arrival they had only 1 available room of the one we had booked, we requested availability and of the 4 nights we had to spend in the structure the room booked they had only for the first 3 days. We took the Deluxe room for the 3 days and the last night we
had to move, but due to defects we moved twice the night before leaving:
The first room they gave us (as it was raining that day) was getting water into the room.
The second room did not have air conditioning and it was very hot.

The only thing I can say is that I got fleas, completely covered in blisters, very itchy. I had a room on the first floor and I could never open the windows or curtains because I was practically in the middle of the street. At 6.00 in the morning you could smell all the smells coming from the kitchen where breakfast was being prepared. Not recommended.
