Great value hotel in Corong-corong El Nido

Intentionally, I stayed in this hotel due to its close distance of Vanilla beach.
I arrived earlier and checked-in wasn't possible yet since the previous guests had check-out at the last minute. They are super accommodating about my requests and tidy up the room fasts but still clean.
Connectivity- I check emails and was amaze with their wifi speed. There is no signal for data or network for globe subscriber around this area.
Room and Amenities - A nice double size bed with soft pillows and comfortable matress. I had a good sleep here. AC works perfectly and it was quite. They provide electric kettle for coffee/tea and complimentary water bottles.
A small TV and big closet to hang your clothes.
Comfort room is acceptable clean with shampoo and Body soap dispensers. Water heater is working well with a good amount of pressure.
Reception - You will be greeted by a friendly shitzu dog. There is water dispenser, drinking water refill for free and mini store for snacks and drinks.
Food - My room comes with a complimentary breakfast. They have western and Filipino options for breakfast and I opted Tapa and Cornbeef silog breakfast for two days.
It was nice to eat outdoor with a beach view.
Staffs- The receptionist is quite prompt and efficient in helping the tour arrangement and van transfers. Also the hotel staffs who clean the room and serve the breakfast. They are cheerful and amazing.
Definitely a good value to stay in El Nido.

Disappointing check in

We chose the hotel just because it was in front of the sea. Until the day of our arrival no one notified us that the sea is unfit for swimming. 1 hour ago, we were sent a warning email. The room had no closet for our clothes and throughout our holidays, we changed through our suitcases. The basin in the bathroom was planted in the shower. The safe box, extremely inappropriate. We rented one from the nearby hotel. There we ate breakfast as ours was insufficient. The cleaning service was under-functioning... we had to request towels and health paper. After 3 o'clock in the morning, the room desperately smells a nasty smell of spp articles or bump. Just unacceptable. There is a herd of 15 dogs who woke us up every day at 5 a.m. and at 6 a.m. the staff started the trouble. Rest in this hotel is not available. The irony of the case was when we complained at the reception, our employee recommended that we find the owner, who lives in another city, about 600 km away.

Not a very good experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and our first night was terrible. We arrived 4 pm and found toilet ceiling leaking. Maintenance tried to fix it for about 2 hours and nothing happened. We had to suffer for bathroom ceiling leaking in room #8. No idea where is the leak coming from.Asked for room replacement but cannot move until 12 nn the next day. It was a stressful night for me. Staff are good tho but the hotel isn't great. Rooms too tiny and I think they are overpriced.

Very nice hotel, with nice guy.And the best man is Mohamed A.Elwafa- extra.He work in Soda bar!!!Excellent animator team and good food.They have 3 pools and beautiful beach where you can diving.They are the best!!!

Amazing location but that’s it

Amazing location right on the beach with incredible views. Problem of this place is the manager... She is too greedy and not flexible - even made the comment that we were not booking activities through the hotel! Breakfast is 1 (!) egg - we asked for an extra rice as we don’t eat the meat that comes with the breakfast and she even charged the extra rice! Breakfast finishes at 10 - we asked at 10.15 and it was a straight NO. Basically no sense of hospitality and service. Wifi works great and hot water too; however AC is useless - doesn’t cool the room effectively and is extremely noisy.
