Not ready for Guests

While the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is absolutely not prepared to host guests. It is listed as a resort however, there is only one villa that is actually completed and the rest of the property is very, very much a work in progress. All of the other villas are incomplete and even the road leading up to the property is not paved. There is only one section of paved road right next to the only completed villa. It’s about 800 feet or so, but this place was completely totally abandoned and isolated. The views shown on the listing are absolutely correct and the views are amazing. However, this cannot be called a resort yet. We were literally the only people at the property because nobody else could possibly stay there. There were no other available rooms because none of the other villas were completed. They did not have a traditional restaurant in any sense and even what was described as the restaurant was at least 100 yards away from the lone Villa available and you had to walk down and unpaved Road to get to this place to eat. Even the kitchen window did not have a shade so if you walk out of the bedroom, you had to be fully dressed because there was no shade to the window and it directly face the only “road” if I could use that word. We were booked for two days but after one night we left. My wife also noticed bugs in the bed so we stayed up all night long. The room was not cleaned as we saw bugs & fake eyelashes on the floor. This should not be online yet.

The staff made the location worth the drive access to the van and the politeness and helpfulness of the staff made for an enjoyable and relaxing trip and the views of the ocean where not too bad either

Construction Site, not a resort.

This is not yet a resort, but a construction site with two model rooms that they’re renting already.
Be aware that some of the pictures are merely renders, and not real.
Electricity often a fails, so does WiFi and hot water.
I doubt that they even have license to operate or insurances.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans une des pièces et le services était plutôt lent, l’hôtel est toujours en construction, nous étions les seuls clients mais à part ça, l’endroit est tout bonnement magnifique !!!!
