Beautiful villa, stunning surroundings with unforgettable views

Our villa with a private pool truly was something special. Stunning views through the lush greenery, looking out to sea and mountains all around. You couldn't beat it! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast every morning, great location easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely come back :) thank you for making the beginning of our trip so perfect.

Pool with a view

What an incredible stay. Yes the stairs up to the rooms are a little hectic to start with but by the end you are well and truly used to them. We stayed in the private villa with a pool and was worth everything, after a day of diving we would jump straight into our pool at relax. The view looking to the mountains and ocean seriously incredible. Rooms are spacious and basic but have everything you need, hard bed and soft pillows made for a very relaxing sleep. We will definitely be returning here. Thanks team for having us ❤️❤️

The Viewdeck in El Nido

Location: Near the highway and walking distance to the public market, groceries, establishments, restaurants, etc.
Rooms: Quite old already and need renovation.
Service: No worries at all. Their staff is helpful and respectful. Breakfast is a plus.
Value for Money: Worth it since there's unlimited water supply, free bottled water every day, and free coffee during breakfast.
Cleanliness: Good.

Watch out! This hotel left me on the street after 20 hours of travel ❌

I made the reservation for a room from 1/02/25 to 6/02/25, paid for it and only received confirmation of the reservation.
On February 1st, after a 20-hour trip, we arrived at the hotel ready to enjoy our room and start the holidays. However, on arrival we were informed that we had no room and that we had been paid back. Not a single email, not a single call to notify us of this situation. In short, this hotel ruined our vacation.
We requested a solution and were offered absolutely nothing. We had to look for last minute accommodation in high season and pay three times more for what was available. A disastrous experience.
Their only “explanation” was that the booking was made through their own website, but that it is managed by a third party and that it was their fault. Basically, they washed their hands completely.
Irresponsible and regrettable behavior. Before booking with them, think twice. If the same thing happens to him as it does to us, it destroys his vacation.

Worst experience!!! Stay somewhere else!!

Terrible experience!! Unfortunately I have to make a review.They may be called View Deck but there's no view in the seaview room. All you can see is the roof of hotels nearby the property.Not for weak knees, not wheelchair friendly,not kids friendly, and not for people with stomach problem.We stayed for 2 nights and kept asking to check our room because we didn't have water in the toilet .We were told they can't bring water upstairs for my husband who happened to have a diarrhea but I saw a staff brought 2 pales next door!! Didnt have a shower since last night and today we left at 10 am and still no shower!! I gave 2 Stars for the free breakfast and they guy who was always there to carry our luggages. Lots of steps than we expected and the railings are unsafe.They have 3 pools exclusive only for the private villas.Wifi is very slow and ac is not cold.It's about 15 mins to the center so I recommend to stay somewhere flat and near the center.
