Close to everything
We chose Inngo Tourist Inn due to its good reviews and we were not dissapointed. Communication was very solid, with fast replies from booking to the end of our trip. We were given 8 rooms adjacent to each other which was very convenient to our big group. They were very responsive to our requests and staff are always attentive.
Rooms were clean and well presented, having all the basic necessities. Each room had shower water heaters which is a bonus. Despite not having onsite breakfast available they have a tie-up restaurant that accept orders. Distilled water is available 24/7 in the reception.
The accomodation was very accessible to everything, making our travel stress free and convenient. However El Nido is a small town where you can easily walk the stretch of the main road.
It was a good stay and can recommend to others.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews however from the moment we arrived I was very pleasantly surprised!
The staff were very welcoming & friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. The balcony was also nice to sit on during the early morning & late night.
It is also perfectly situated at the end of the main road in El Nido, close enough to walk to the restaurants, bars, beach etc but far enough away that we did not get any of the noise that comes with it.
If I had to think of a way to mark down our stay it would be the ever so slight smell in the bathroom however I find this is common given the location and did not bother us at all.
I would absolutely stay again if I was ever visiting El Nido!

Super location, very clean. Exceptional choice
We stayed 6 nights in Family Room. The location is superb - next to bus depot where everyone is dropped off after a long haul from Puerto Princesa. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a full view of Town Square and Ocean. Also the place is right at the beginning of the best street/main street of El Nido where all restaurants and Agencies are located. Because it is at the end of that street - it is very quiet there. The place is very secure, super clean with daily services. Excellent air-conditioning. Hot showers and plenty of water pressure, we had no smell in the room - all this is RARE in El NIdo!
If going back to El NIdo I would only book this place: price vs location, cleanness, aircon and hot shower - I do not think it can be beaten!

Bad surprise
The hotel is well located at the entrance to the city and close to the beach.
But we had reserved 3 rooms of 3 for our whole family, i.e. 9 people (including children) and when we arrived we were surprised to see 1 bed for 2 in each room! So 6 places and not 9!
So we insisted on having an extra room which we paid extra for!

PERFECT LOCATION FOR A VERY QUESTIONABLE HOTEL
We booked a mountain view room but they reserved a room with a building view. I mentioned this to the receptionist but she replied that the room I had paid for had been reserved for others. I pointed out that the cost of the room I had booked was different from the one I had been given but they did not resolve the problem.
I don't know what the standard really is for similar hotels in Palawan but the bathroom towels were stained and, above all, the room was inhabited by cockroaches that came out of the cavities in the wooden floor. We can adapt to anything but this. Wi-fi present but not usable. It connected but it was as if it wasn't there.
The location of the hotel remains perfect. A 2-minute walk from the port where the tours depart and from the nightlife centre.
