Great little hotel

Lovely stay here in Virginia Suites! Clean rooms in a perfect location to access trips and restaurants without being too noisy. There is an ATM and a pharmacist right next to the hotel which is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfasts were delicious (would recommend the pancakes)!
If we had to suggest any improvements we would say that the WiFi could be better (some days it was down) but most days it was up and running.
P.s if you are staying in El Nido and are wanting to do tour A around the islands make sure you go on Hayahay cruise. The hotel can book this for you, it was the best day!

Will not book it again.

If you are someone who needs internet, this hotel is not for you. Wifi connection is very slow even phone data connection we needed to go to our floor’s terrace just so we can use the internet.
2. Staff is ok. Not great. My friend is supposed to bring our dirty clothes to the laundry but the hotel staff said they will do it for us. We thought it was just a good gesture but when we pay them the next day for the laundry, we were shocked they said it cost 500 peso. The laundry is not even heavy at all but they said it was 5 kilo. Lol
3. Location is perfect.

Dirty room, terrible service. Never again!

· We booked most expensive room in this hotel and we were totally dissapointed!
-Room was dirty. The door handle was sticky. Hair in bathroom. Spots on mirror.
- No cleaning for 6 nights. Our bedsheets and towels weren't changed.
- We even didn't have hand soap. Woman on reception said that shampoo is 3-in-1 and we need to use it for hands, body and head.
- Pink spots on pillows and towels.
- We booked room for 2 adults and 1 child, but we had breakfast only for 2.
- If you are vegan - you will be hungry.
- Noisy.

Basic - Central - Comfortable

This hotel is a 5 minute walk to El Nido Beach. It is central to El Nido, so you can walk pretty much anywhere easily if you want to.
The hotel? It started off a bit ropey - one of our rooms (we had 3 rooms) the aircon didn't work, and they said there were no spare rooms, but after we said we would change hotels, a room magically appeared. One of the other rooms, the bed broke, apparently.
The receptionists we encountered were ALL very friendly and very helpful/kind.
The rooms were quiet, reasonable condition, beds comfortable, shower fine, but we were only using the hotel as a place to sleep after manic days out being tourists (even though 5 out of 8 of us were filipinos).
If you want a fairly basic hotel to crash after visiting everything, this is great. If you want a "posher" hotel, you'll probably have to go outside El Nido and tricycle/taxi in, but if you want a no frills hotel. this one is great.
Thank you to the staff of this hotel - you were brilliant!

Amazing hotel, great staff and food were the best!

Exceptionally clean. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable.
Perfectly located in the center of el nido. Paola and the other staffs were all very kind and helpful, especially when I got sick. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.
