Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff . Villa was designed with good taste - nice bed/ large bathroom . Bamboo flooring.

NO COMPASSION AND NO COMMUNICATION
We were forced to cancel our trip to the Philippines in January including our stay at this property.
However, following a totally shocking and devastating cancer diagnosis at Xmas we were forced to cancel our trip.
We sent supporting documentation to all the hotels and airlines advising them of my need to start immediate treatment. All were so understanding and supportive of my situation and either refunded the entirety of our booking or arranged with us a suitable alternative. Inara Siargao did not respond and certainly did not entertain any form of refund. We booked through Booking.com and they were also unable to get any response from them. They had our money and that was that.
Inara Siargao - where was your compassion? Let’s hope you are never faced with such circumstances.

Beautiful Setting, Poorly Managed — A Disappointing Stay at Inara Siargao
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a stay at Inara.
My wife and I spent eight nights in Siargao researching accommodations for our travel blog, staying at four different properties: Las Palmas, Kalani Villas, Kalinaw Resort, and Inara. Of the four, Inara was the most expensive — and the only one that disappointed us.
The resort itself sits in a beautiful location, the rooms are tastefully designed, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the management falls far short of expectations.
From the moment we arrived, small but telling issues began to add up. There was no help with parking or baggage. We were told we’d receive a WhatsApp message in the evening to choose our breakfast, but within ten minutes of checking in (around 3 p.m.), a staff member arrived asking us to place our order immediately.
While breakfast is “included,” it comes with numerous confusing restrictions — one juice or one coffee, fruit not included, a 380 PHP croissant included, but the 420 PHP beef tapa not. These arbitrary rules made the experience feel needlessly complicated and cheap, especially for a room costing over $300 USD per night. To add to that, there was no in-room coffee, only paid coffee in a communal area.
After finally sorting breakfast, we planned to relax by ordering a bottle of wine by the pool — until we saw the prices. A bottle retailing for 590 PHP was listed for 8,000 PHP, an extraordinary markup (the same wine was 1,200 PHP at another resort). We skipped the wine and decided to enjoy cocktails at the beach bar instead.
That experience was worse. The bar area was set up for a private event, and we were awkwardly seated at the back of a building with no view, no fan, and no atmosphere. The cocktails were among the worst (and most expensive) we had during our trip — the calamansi margarita and Blue Daku tasted nothing like their descriptions.
The next morning, I requested to speak with the manager to share our feedback. Unfortunately, the conversation was unproductive; he thanked me for the comments but offered no acknowledgment, apology, or effort to improve our stay.
Inara has so much potential — a stunning setting, great design, and lovely staff — but under its current management, it’s a frustrating and poor-value experience. Until significant changes are made, I would not recommend staying here.

☀️✨✨Magical stay in INARA SIARGAO RESORT

A big shout out to every staff of , INARA SIARGAO RESORT ——DON , Hoppy , JOM , even for those of you that I didn’t mention your names . Thank you very much !!!!
Our travel experience wouldn’t be the same without you all ! Your warm and professional hospitality means everything to us ! ☀️☀️☺️
For location , it’s like 10-15 mins away from the busy area and also because of their beautiful views. Privacy is 100 % ! Like you can just own the whole resort and staff here are always so discreet and respectful professional!
For food , I had the amazing birthday dinner at the resort and organised super well by the staff ! Chef made the best meal ever ! And don’t forget to try their cocktails!
For our room that we stayed ; it’s super clean and every corner at the resort is super Instagrammable !!
Also , the bedsheets smell really good and keep us feeling refreshed everyday very nice bedding too .
After spending 4 days 3 nights there, I definitely don’t wanna go home and I can’t wait to come back and stay wjth INARA SIARGAO RESORT !
For transportation, the resort have private car and scooter services ! And the driver is super accountable

Inara Team - An A++ World Class Stay
Loved our stay at the Inara! We were in garden room 5 and it felt like a little jungle oasis! It’s located a short drive outside of the main touristy area but we felt no need to leave as Marvs, Jom, and Hope were beyond attentive and incredibly accommodating. From friendly conversation to advising on tourism activities, the Inara team genuinely sets a new standard for hospitality - globally!
Our stay was a tranquil and detached way to experience the beauty of Siargao’s lush landscape and local culture. we certainty hope to be back soon!!
Side note: if you’re missing your animals back home there are a few friendly kitty’s prowling around who will happily accept human affection but also remain in the background for those less interested :)
