Alyssa at the front desk was outstanding. She was super polite and professional. The room was very clean and had a coffee maker and refridgerator. The hotel is located near SM mall and many places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also top notch. I will stay at Hotel San Marco again for sure.

OK but not recommended. Wifi and water pressure is terrible.

The hotel needs a lot of improvements. First, the wifi is almost non existent. The signal is next to very slow, I mean these days, a reliable wifi connection is a must in hotels such as these.
Second, the hotel pressure is terrible, we were on the 5th floor and the shower is next to just dripping. It took a long time for the 4 of us to get ready. The AC can't handle the 4 of us and so we have to leave our keys inserted to keep the AC on at all times when we go out or it will be very hot again coming back. Honestly the AC unit itself is very old. The only positive aspect for this is the space, it is more than enough for the 4 of us. The breakfast is so, so but no special advantage there.
Will I recommend this place? No, I wouldn't, try a different one, you might get a better facility.

Breakfast was great but rooms need to be improve a little better especially the cleanliness. Found few live roaches running around.

Room was warm when we checked in. Late response, I have to go downstairs to get an extra towel after I called to have an extra one. Broken lamp but replaced right away.

The room was spotless and super clean. This hotel truly has amazing housekeeping staff. Everything was set up perfectly. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco, and will visit again soon. Thank you to all of the staff for making this the perfect choice.
