Awesome place for a huge crowd

This was a good place to hold a family event. Parking was plentiful and secure, the function area was comfortable and with working AC, and the rooms were spacious. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the space. Food was reasonable and freshly cooked. We'll come back!

Family outing

La traviesa is a hidden gem and we’re so lucky we found it. They got a nice kiddie pool that kid will love the most and one adult pool. We enjoyed the privacy coz only the people who checked in and limited outsider can get in to enjoy the pool area. They got only 5 cottages so the pool is not jump packed. The only thing is they need to improve the shower area coz it’s really disgusting sorry for the word but it was dim and some tiles should be fixed.

Venue is great but customer service flops

La traviesa hotel is a classic hotel found just nearby our place in Dasmarinas. We rented 3 rooms for our wedding since this is the closest one in our church.
The venue is nice — luscious garden and huge parking lot. There are so plenty of spots to have your pictures taken. The rooms were spacious but in attic there is no hot/cold water. So many freebies in the room such as water, coffee, tea and slippers which you can take home with you.
The pool is open until 10pm i think which is perfect for night swimming. It is also kid friendly.
What i dont like about this resort is that, they lack staff to help you carry your things inthe attic (3rd floor). Also they did not fixed the cable tv right away before we arrived so they need to knock in the middle of the night to just fix it.
Also we do not want the way they treated us during our breakfast on the cafeteria. We were the one who first arrived and the table we chose (no reserved sign) was already for other guests. They told us “para sa guest namin yan” we felt humiliated because they are pertaining to koreans. They prioritize foreigners there and dont treat us Filipinos the right way. They apologized but we really feel bad.
I hope they improved their customer service.

Family Get-away

Spend a night in the resort. It was peaceful and relaxing place to get away with the busy and noisy city. Though we had this issue about the airconditioning the staff was able to handle the situation. No need for harsh and rude attitude about complaining then they’ll gave you a good and memorable service that will end up going back again! Kuddos to the Manager Ms. Anna and Ms .Rina for accommodating us.

A home away from home.

If you are looking for a quick getaway, just a stone's throw away from Manila. This is the place for you. The place is relaxing, reasonably priced, good food. Staff are accommodating. Fast reservation.
