The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location was also convenient and easy to get to warehouse. Everything was well-maintained and good service throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Dissapointing to say the least,place wise. The pictures in their website are old ones,must be taken when the hotel just starts to operate. And no way near the present condition of the building.
Placed is not up to my standard of cleanliness. Building is old, and I killed like 2 cockroaches during our stay. Cable was not working,wifi is very poor signal. No microwave and no fridge.
On the bright side,staff were nice and accomodating. And location is good. Lots of stores around.
Sorry not sorry,but not until they renovate and do something about above issues,most likely won't recommend this place.

Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. After she left, I began to notice the television didn’t work, I checked to see if it was plugged in and the cable was cut and there was no T.v. Plug. I laid on the bed to rest and the mattress was a 4” topper that was already worn down in the middle and the room had spider webs everywhere. I began to notice the room was pretty filthy and I found someones socks under the bed while inspecting the mattress for bed bugs (which I always do in hotels).
I then went back downstairs to complain and the clerk told me the hotel was going through renovations, which was not mentioned on the website. I then contacted Expedia.com so I could cancel my room. In the morning when I checked out, the staff told me I was going to get a refund and now they won’t answer their phone or return calls to Expedia.com in order give them an approval for my refund.
I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, the pictures are not accurate and the place is pretty run down. Even the cab driver that dropped me off asked me “are you sure you really want to stay here sir?” That says a lot when a cabby asks you that.

Several stays at Pacific Palm Suites.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. Free breakfast....watch they don't accidentally charge you because new staff may not be aware.
Custom breakfast - what a treat! Fresh fruit always. Actually, their food is really good anytime of the day!!!!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or anytime you're hungry!
They are very good at this!
Red Horse beer - about PHP 50-60.
The only thing is that is on Mamay Road (which leads to a modern mall with good security and within walking distance.....no taxi needed) is that Mamay Road is extremely busy during the day, making it impossible to sleep during the day!
The traffic noise discontinues around 11:00 pm and picks up at about 5:00 am.
Bring really good sleeping pills! For about $30/night, I can't really complain. You don;'t need to use booking.com after your first visit. They even let me store some clothes there and placed them in a secure area. I love this little Filipino hotel!

Budget hotel near Davao Airport and Port
Hotel that is near the airport and port in Davao which is good for me when I worked thereat. The cost is not that expensive as compared with the downtown hotels. The staff are kind and entertaining. There is a free breakfast in the morning. However, it is a just small hotel that we did not even notice where it was located as we initially passed along its vicinity.
