New year time in mactan
I was the one making booking and paying this visit to the hotel to 6 adults and 3 kids, 3 rooms for a two nights so I will be the one writing review based to their experiences.
Only 1 room was cleaned up on the time of check in and other two requires forty minutes waiting.
Location is not comfortable, surrounded local houses 300 meters away from the main road.
Swimming pool was a circus to the local kid's and water colour was disgusting. Everyone understand why? Poor hygiene standards.
Food selection is very limited.
New year time mactan island was so fully booked hotels, this was available in cheap price. Anyway, do not expect too much.

As the 1st Scottish person to grace their hotel(apparently) they were understanding of my excitedness and generally chat and accommodating. Shout out to Marie the receptionist who was lovely. Their dogs will want your food, but you've not to feed them. Pool was good has a diving board as well. The bed was decent and fit its purpose, shower was okay , toilet good and AC excellent. The food was lovely, very tasteful and reasonablu priced. For the price, and location to Cebu Airport I recommend this hotel for a few nights.

It is hair of another human all in the bed and stains. I told the girl becuase they said they would charge us 1,500 for stains on sheets. I had to sleep in someone else hair. Also asked about a Grab to airport. She said we have a shuttle for a fee which was higher than Grab and late.

Disappointing Stay
The overall experience was poor. Although the air conditioning worked well, there were flies and mosquitoes in the room upon arrival. The water from both the sink and shower had a very unpleasant smell each time they were opened, although the odor disappeared after a few minutes. There was no hot water available.
The swimming pool water appeared to be of poor quality, caused eye irritation, and had an unpleasant taste, possibly due to excessive chemical treatment.
The receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and did not greet us when we left. Other staff members were much more helpful and polite. The TV remote had empty batteries, and no spare batteries were available in the entire complex. Despite requesting replacements, they were never provided, so the TV could not be used, as it had no physical buttons.
Check-in was fast, but during check-out we were asked about a missing blanket for a third bed, which had never been provided. A 300-peso deposit was required for the room key. The neighborhood did not feel very welcoming and offered little to do without a bike. Finally, the room did not fully match the photos shown online.

Very noisy because of karaoke from 10 am to 10pm . But otherwise everything was great ! I did not know there was so many bad singers in the Philippines !
