A great beach resort

The great beach resort on Malapascua. We went there for the thresher sharks and we were not disappointed. The dive operation was great . Plenty of sharks. It bit crowded at times. The beach resort was great but busy . Service at the restaurant a bit slow at times.

Best pizza in the whole world (and Nigel the owner-chef humbly agree only to take the best in Malapascau title)

Our kids absolutely love this restaurant! We have tried many in Malapascua, but this one is without a shallow of a doubt, the best pizzeria. You would want to come back for more (we ate there 3 nights in a roll). My wife and I was walking one morning along the beach and was attracted to its old-fashioned brick oven. Standing next to brick oven is Nigel, the friendly Welsh chef-owner making pizza dough with passion. So we said, we should take the kids to try it for dinner. And we were not disappointed! The pizza are absolutely top notch, what can I say, it really makes you smile. Usually, one would comment on the sauce, the cheese, the freshness of ingredients, or in some rare case, the brick oven aroma infused into crusty dough. But here, we debated, and come to conclusion - it's love. You can taste the passion and perfection-seeking consistency in the pizza. We also tried other food including pasta, BBQ, tried chicken and prawns; all succulent. Nigel and his wife Janet (who is also one of the chef) are warm and friendly, making all the guests feel welcome. If you ever have a chance to come Diving at Malapascua (the Thresher shark experience is amazing), you will have to visit Nigel's shop and try their magical pizza.

Completely blown away by delicious Pizza

The experiences formed in my short time in this resort is a testament to the hospitality of the resort, especially Nigel's pizza place. His presence alone radiates positive energy, with their pizzas being some of the best bites I've ever had.

Great service and pizza

This place was genuinely fantastic, when we went there to have dinner, the owner and chef, Nigel welcomed us in with a warm smile, he told us stories and spent a long time with us.
The food is also amazing, I especially enjoyed the pizza, which had an extremely complex dough and the side dishes, which were also a great way to complement the pizza.

Excellence on Malapascua

Blue Water is just an excellent place to stay. Great beach front location. Beachfront bar and restaurant with awesome food, particularly the seafood BBQ and wood fired pizza, clean rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. I had the good fortune to strike up a conversation with Nigel who helps run the place. Nigel was so kind and engaging. He is very knowledgeable about the island and the diving in the area. Nigel even arranged it so that while my wife and daughter were on Kalanggaman Island my son and I got dropped in the water so we could do a dive and then the boat swung back around and picked us up. Just small things like that which made the overall stay an incredible experience. I would definitely visit again.
