Holiday in Makati

We choose this place for the first time and never disappoint me for my husband choice … most of the people there are accommodating and helpful..easy access for everything to mall and nearby coffee shops and restaurants ..and shopping area …safe to walk as far we experienced for 10 days stays nothing bad we encounter while walking..we gonna comeback

Hotel is extremely clean and well presented. The staff are all very polite and helpful if needed . Highly recommend this hotel. I actually decided not to go home and stay an additional night.

Poor Service Recovery

We expected the hotel to be fully booked due to New Year’s Eve, so long queues at reception, elevators, the breakfast buffet, and even the roof deck pool were anticipated. We prepared ourselves for these and understood that these inconveniences come with peak dates.
What was not acceptable, however, was the lack of prior information about the limited free parking. This resulted in us having to pay for overnight parking at a nearby mall—an unnecessary expense that could have been avoided with proper communication.
Check-in was another major issue. We waited over an hour because the designated pet-friendly floors were already full, and the staff had to look for an alternative room. The process took even longer as carpets had to be removed. While we understand operational constraints, this should have been handled more efficiently.
What we truly expected was a more apologetic and proactive service recovery from the front desk and the manager on duty—such as a service or food voucher, a complimentary upgrade, hotel freebies, or reimbursement for parking, as many hotels typically offer when guests are significantly inconvenienced.
Instead, a discounted rate was offered (which is useless bec we will never go back), along with one hour of late checkout, which felt dismissive given that we already lost six hours of our supposed check-in time. No meaningful service recovery was extended. Worse, the manager even implied that the delay was due to us checking in late, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
To add to the experience, the room assigned had no view, so we were unable to enjoy the New Year’s fireworks at all.
Overall, the lack of accountability and genuine service recovery overshadowed what should have been a memorable New Year’s stay. Would I come back? Unfortunately, no.

In the heart of the makati nightlife scene

If your into the manila nightlife scene then this hotel is perfect. The location is right in the midst of all the entertainment in makati. The hotel rooms were decent size and comfortable. Hotel had a decent rooftop swimming pool. June is a good month as was not too busy. The hotel is pet friendly so expect dogs. The only let down was the house keeping was poor, they missed my room few times.

No hot water available in the morning,
Had to keep calling the front desk each morning & they would send someone to fix. One morning, maintenance guy said the issue was the water heater was not working.
