I always choose your hotel and feel the relax time. Room condition is almost good. Swimming pool is also clean.

OK, first. Internet is terrible, and I'm being kind saying it's terrible. Most the time, you have no data flow. When the Internet is "working" it speed tests around 15MB. The cable seems (can't confirm this) to be running off an IP setup. Meaning, the cable cuts out constantly as I believe it's hanging off the Internet which drops out constantly. If you're patient, you can use WiFi to check e-mail. Other than that, you won't have Internet or TV unless you bring your own.
Room: I booked the only room that listed a king size bed. The room was not as described, and did not match the photos. 1) The bed was full, maybe queen. It felt kind of small for queen. Point is, it was not the king as described. Also, there was no box spring, so the perfectly good mattress was super firm. It was hard to sleep and I woke up sore all over. 2) Photos showed a washer and dryer in the 2nd bathroom. Nope. I only brought a few changes of clothes for a 2-week stay, anticipating doing laundry in the room. Had to have my girlfriend take our laundry to a service a couple blocks away. 500 a pop for expedited service / same day. Otherwise, it would have been cheaper to pick up in a few days (but what do we wear?)
Breakfast. Restaurant had limited menu for hotel guest / coupons. OK selection I guess, but: Half the time they were out of bacon. Most of the selections have bacon, so only 3 selections on those days. We ended up using Foodpanda for better breakfast.

I have no idea how this place Has an 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. 6 is about what it really rates.
The Good:
Clean
Quiet
Kitchenette
Fridge

The Bad:
HOT, humid elevators. No aircon in them. The lobby does have aircon though.
The bed was hard, with a pronounced sag where the sleepers' hips would be. Very uncomfortable.
The pillows were very hard as well.
The aircon took almost 3 hours to cool the room to 25 degrees. Starting from 29 degrees when I checked in (I carry a thermometer with me when I travel).
Most of the time, watching TV was impossible. Every few seconds it would black out with "Weak or no signal" message.
The room safe does not work. The instructions are there, I followed them; multiple times. It did not reset for me to unlock and set the combo. I have used A LOT of these, so I know how they work. I also know how to read and follow instructions.
The shower does not work. It is constantly on faucet mode. The knob the instructions say to use DOES NOT redirect the water to the overhead shower head the way it's supposed to. Had to 'shower' with a waist-level water faucet running. Not even a tabo bucket.

Another Pleasant Stay, but Hoping for the Return of the Early-Morning Meal Service
I enjoyed another comfortable stay this time.
However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the “early‑morning sandwich set” service, which I had used in the past when leaving before breakfast opened, is no longer available. It was one of the reasons I chose a plan with breakfast included, so I would be very happy if you could consider bringing this service back.
If that is difficult, even preparing a simple light meal the evening before—such as a drink, crackers, or a boiled egg—would be extremely helpful.
I look forward to future improvements.
