New year 2018/2019

Fabulous suite. Really well presented and so comfortable. Reception and staff really helpful and housekeeping spot on. Even had a plunge pool on the balcony. Nothing to find fault with at all. Close to shopping mall and although raining for our stay, it didn't stop our enjoyment at all. Recommended definitely for a stay in Manila.

Worst condo I ever stayed at in the Philippines

The Milano Residence Condo assoc. is the worse place I have ever encountered in my 10 years visiting the Philippines. Avoid it at all costs. The administration office personnel are rude and unprofessional. They don't care about the guests. They won't help you when you have a problem. They care about themselves and do as little as possible to serve the guests. They take bureaucracy to a new level. You can't leave with your luggage unless you have written permission from the landlord. They will lock your elevator card if they have a question or problem. They will demand proof of your immigration status which is none of their business. That's just a few of the problems I have encountered staying there. Please save yourself a constant hassle and stay somewhere else.

Underwhelming - doesn’t reflect name or designer.

Building and unit was underwhelming considering the name and Versace designer. Public areas were very warm and dark - including lobby which was uncomfortable to sit in.
Pool is ok but water is cold as it doesn’t get much sun even in the height of summer. If you plan to use the sun deck you will have to time it right as there is a maximum 2 hour window of sun. It many users as a result - I was alone on both occasions I used it (my wife didn’t swim as it was too cold)
There are some great views in the building but the windows need to be cleaned to appreciate it.
Easy walking to Century mall and lots of convenience stores and eateries outside from area.
Would not come back to stay here again

Bad

The reception is quite hot with a lot of flies. The room that I booked via Zen Room is a downer. The lock is not working so everytime I go out of the unit, I should not lock the room . Not interested to book again.

Very Comfortable and Clean

The room was very comfortable and clean and the manager of the apartment was very helpful. The views from our apartment on the 39th floor was amazing overlooking Century City Makati. A short walk to a small shopping centre which had a supermarket. A short walk to night markets which has live music, Plenty of shopping and street foods.
Staying here was a great way to finish our 3 week vacation.
