Superb
Pros
1.Service
What I loved about Tan’s they easily answer my questions whether messenger or email.The reservation was very easy you can reserve a room even in messenger.
The staff was very accommodating and full of smile.
2.Price
It was affordable and worth it and there was free breakfast in their room accomodation.
3.Room
We stayed at the main building our room was good for 5persons with kitchen and veranda.The bed was comfortable.There was hot and cold shower.There was also area were you can hang your wet clothes.
They also provided kitchen utensils from plates,cups,spoons,forks&cooking utensils.
4.Location
It is located at the center of boracay very near the D mall and there are near convenience stores.It was 200 meters from the beach approximately 3mins walk.
Cons
The front desk did not check my reservation that it was good for 5persons she forgot to gave us extra bed.And forgot to gave us soap.
Bring your own toiletries and dishwashing soap they don’t give you for free.
But overall we will be back and the place is good for small or big groups.I already recommended the place to a friend and she already booked a room at Tan’s Guesthouse.

Not the safest
To get to this location there is no direct path, you must travel very far from the main road. Had we been aware we wouldn’t have booked in the first place, we had a handicapped person with us and it was very hard for them to maneuver the terrain. The other reason we ended up leaving was because our window didn’t lock. When we informed them it was broken they fixed it with ease, but that makes me think that they get broken into frequently. Lastly with the location the alley it was in people only kept asking the male in our group if he wanted a massage. The reason I give it two stars is because you get what you pay for. We should have known better.

Budget Acommodation
this is a good place to stay if you're a big group and on a budget. Stayed in one of their rooms with kitchen
Pros:
- only around 3-minute walk from the beach.
- cheap
- working hot shower (strong water pressure)
- with kitchen (stove and utensils included)
- cheap
- with breakfast (small serving)
- decent bedding
- with mini refrigerator
- with generator
Cons
- not beach front
- air conditioner is not powerful enough especially during daytime
- breakfast venue can only accommodate only around three big groups at the same time
- toilet of our room not flushing enough water
Overall this is still a good place to stay considering its affordable price

WOW stay!
My husband and I have been patronizing TGH since 2006. And just recently, we brought our 6yo daughter where it was her first time in Boracay.
We even have friends who also stayed here because of our recommendations.
Their rooms are clean, smells fresh, linens, pillows and the mattress is tidy, new and very very clean. No stain on the mattress at all! Very comfy bed and pillows. Although towels were a bit old so they need to change and buy new ones. Some rooms have kitchen too.
Staffs like Joy, JohnMarc, and the room service Rodel (if I remember it correctly) were very very pleasant and nice. They were very attentive to our small requests.
The room rate comes with a free pinoy breakfast at 928 cafe which is right in front of the beach.
Their location (the old building) is at Station 2 and just 10 steps away from the beach.
I love to stay again and again and again at TGH ♥️

our preferred accommodation in boracay
Strategically located at the Station 2 of White Beach, guests can choose main or annex accommodation. Rooms and facilities are comparable to hotels, booking is very convenient, and staff are accommodating for some requests. Very near to beach, and beachfront dining establishments, as well as D'Mall and D'Mall Market.
