Great resort

Balai sa Baibai...we were there,from December'25-January 26...and it was nice, really nice.
Roman&Alessandra are doing a really good job. We felt very comfortable, the reception was very warm,too always one of both was there to answer any questions. The food was great,evenings in the restaurant by the sea,a really good staff(staff) they have ...(love greetings to all of us)...
We are not divers (the resorts for diving are supposed to be really great though)..but on White Island for example you can snorkel super... Anyway, the island is worth a visit. Touristically not overpopulated. People are incredibly nice. Actually, you can't tell anyone that there's anything like this left in the world...
We felt really comfortable and wish them all the best for the future....

It is a very nice and accommodating place to stay. They are doing some beach maintenance. Very well located to go see all the attractions.

Making lovely memories!

First of all, we'd like to award more stars if we could.
Roman and Alessandra have built something really great with the Balai sa Baibai, and they are far from finished with their great ideas.
We've been halfway around the world to more highly categorized resorts, but most of them are far from the level offered at Balai sa Baibai.
Here you feel from the beginning like you are not arriving on holiday, but visiting friends or family, and that is exactly what we appreciate.
No matter which member of the great team you have contact with, whether gardener, cook, janitor, service worker or DiveCenter, you will find an open ear everywhere, and the kindness of all the staff is heartwarming. The super organized day trips and the perfectly executed diving trips are also highly recommended!

Mosquito island! Fish ponds situated all over area, stagnant water breeding ground for mosquitoes! Beachfront ad but construction right on the beach going on and not disclosed! Loud noises from construction of new hotel next door! No gym, no tv, no hot water from toilet sink! Limited food selection at their restaurant! Water from toilet bidet stunk like sewer!
