Here for a couple of nights -
Room was decent enough, nice and spacious, cool, and the bathroom and shower were fine. Only issue was the bed linen was very light - and I see they expected people to buy more, which I had never seen before, bit strange.
But room was comfy overall
Hotel has a nice pool, and a good restaurant - I tried the food once - burger and chips, had a coffee, a cocktail and a beer - all was fine, not great, maybe chips could have been better and a bigger portion, but not bad either - coming at just under 18 Euros - a teeny bit pricey though - but that's ok
Service at restaurant was good - also was able to get beers sent to my room - which was ace.
Location was ok, but at night it was a bit dead and needed to head into town for some nightlife.....
A three star hotel - that's about right.

This quaint hotel is beside Paco Park. The building also has an old building look that is consistent with the location. The aircon and the hot and cold shower work too. My concern is that the cat or dog poop along the corridor on the first floor wasn't cleaned right away. We requested for a room cleaning service but none came during our two day stay but the hotel replenished the bottled water and towels.

Location - Very Near Paco Park and Padre Faura if you need to attend an event in Paco Park, this is a gem for you in terms of location.
Cleanliness - The team may need extreme cleaning of toilets. The bathroom has little worms crawling. The bed and Floor may have had its time. There was a tea cup that had been sitting on the hallway for 3 days from the time I checked in to check out, the cup was still there.
Service - I think the Hotel operates with Lean people in their team. But works efficiently and the people tries their best.

Slow internet connection, can't do business meeting when needed.
Room is spacious but flooring is already old, as well as the design of the room.
the staff are friendly and accomodating, overall the hotel needs improvement and more renovation.
