Ugly curtain / window cover in room. Tiny small pool with cloudy water. Pathetic exercise equipment.

I got bit by bed bugs while I stayed here... there was a hole in the floor where they patched it but the hole was still there. The good thing is even with the windows they blocked the light coming in well. And there was fireworks at night to enjoy.

It is a fairly decent hotel but i neighborhood is quite rough and the rooms are very basic. The pool exist but it is very small it is more of a soaking tub. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and because they have a restaurant they charge a 50% surcharge on anything you try to order in until 10:00 p.m. when they're restaurant closes. Not bad for the money i guess in manila but nothing special

Excellent location near the U.S. Embassy, making it very convenient for travelers. The staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their outstanding service made our experience even more enjoyable. I will surely stay at this hotel again whenever I am in Manila.

I booked for one room but unfortunately, records showed that I booked for two rooms. I asked for the staff to cancel the extra room but told me that they can't do that. Therefore I was charged for two rooms.
The stay was excellent. Everything was fantastic. Service was outstanding.
