MARKET CAFE DINING EXPERIENCE
I would like to commend Sir John and his entire team (Gelo, Jovar, Andres, Rey, and Ian) for providing us with such an exceptional and memorable experience. All of them were incredibly accommodating, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Their service was truly outstanding, and I could genuinely see how passionate they are about their work.
From the moment we arrived, we were already impressed. There was a queue when we got there, but we were immediately assisted and seated without having to wait long. The staff were very organized, efficient, and attentive to every guest. They were always available whenever we needed something, yet they were never intrusive. They were very observant and seemed to notice even the smallest details.
One particular moment that really stood out to me was when they noticed that my son had a runny nose. I had only requested warm water, but they thoughtfully offered lemon water instead, which was such a simple gesture but showed how attentive and caring they were. It made me feel that they genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being, rather than simply doing their job.
The table service was also excellent. Every time we finished our food, the plates were promptly cleared, and our table was kept clean and organized at all times. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Despite how busy they seemed to be, they still managed to maintain a high level of service and a friendly attitude.
Overall, our experience was absolutely superb. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. Every request we made was attended to, and they always made sure that we received what we needed. Their service was fast, but more importantly, it was delivered with genuine care and attention to detail.
A very special kudos to Sir John and his team. Sir John is exceptionally kind, approachable, and professional, and it is very evident that he has trained his team extremely well. The entire group works together seamlessly, and their professionalism and dedication are truly commendable.
I sincerely hope that management recognizes their hard work and dedication, whether through a salary increase, bonus, recognition, or any other form of appreciation. They truly deserve it. Employees who consistently provide this level of service, professionalism, and genuine care are an incredible asset to any hotel.
This has honestly been one of the best hotel service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely come back, and I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to others because of the wonderful experience provided by Sir John and his team.

SUPERB STAY
Our August 15 stay at New Coast Hotel Manila was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service throughout the hotel was absolute perfection, and all of our needs were met without delay. A special mention goes to Sir Cyril, who was exceptionally accommodating and made sure we felt completely taken care of during our stay.

The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast buffet had a big selection and staff that took care of requests.
Did not visit casino.
