The STAFF, specially in the front desk are all 10/10 and also the Security. The room is clean and the amenities are useful, the only concern we had was the housekeeping attitude. She looks agitated, even saying goodmorning are so hard, she barely clean our room including our CR.

Average stay

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. It’s conveniently located close to many of Manila’s main attractions. Rizal Park, the National Museum, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and Manila Ocean Park are all around a 15-minute walk away. Intramuros and Fort Santiago are also not too far from the hotel, which makes it a convenient option for tourists who want to explore the historical and cultural side of Manila.
That being said, the rooms are quite small and the amenities are very limited. There was no iron, kettle, coffee, or extra towels in the room. What surprised me the most was that they charge extra for room service and even for additional or replacement towels. This is something I had never experienced at a hotel before. Considering the price, I don’t think this is a particularly cheap hotel for the area, so I was disappointed that they charge extra for so many basic services.
On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, and I had no issues with hot water in the shower. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made my stay a little more pleasant.
The street around the hotel looks a bit rough and run-down, but I personally never experienced any problems while walking around during the daytime. However, I would be more cautious at night, as the area may not feel as safe after dark. I usually took a taxi directly from the hotel entrance at night, which made me feel much safer.
Overall, I would say the hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s a convenient base for sightseeing, but the small rooms, limited amenities, and additional charges for basic services were disappointing. If you decide to stay here, I would recommend being mindful of your surroundings at night and using taxis or ride-hailing services after dark.

This hotel has trained their staff to money grab from any tourist that walks in the door. Once you step out side you are greeted with people asking for money. I recommend you stay well away from this hotel

Room was good. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is soso. The biggest problem was the outside, lots of beggars right outside the hotel and walking to the 7-11 (3 min) 8 beggars. Area didn’t feel safe after sundown.
