Nice little hotel in city of Naga
I stay here 2 night and I will come back next time I visit Naga. Small but clean rooms. No hot water but it’s same in most small hotels like this. Split silence air conditioning. I feel welcome here. They have a little restaurant but not open before 8 am. Price for food is low. Walking distance to many places in city. Tricykle from bus terminal cost 8 pesos.

Consider as your last option
Small rooms, small bed (they insisted it was queen sized, but looked more of a double sized), noise from resto downstairs are heard and can be very annoying on weekends when there's a band playing, no toilet paper, no closet for your clothes, no hangers either.
Very basic accommodation where the only luxury is the airconditioning and hot water.

Disappointed
Room was so small, no toilet paper, dirty overall and breakfast was so severely economized we skipped it the rest of our stay.
We almost missed the place because the signage was so small and dirty and the facade was unattractive. I almost backed out but asiatravel shrewdly charged the full 5 days of my stay in advance.

Worst Stay Ever
Stayed here overnight and I could't wait to get out. First, I would like to commend the staff - they are indeed nice and accommodating. However, their service could not mask the poorly maintained place.
We traveled as a family - got 4 rooms. (Prepare payment in cash, using credit card would incur additional Php200 charge.) At first glance, the rooms do look okay. I understand the place is a hostel and price is budget-friendly, but how I wish they still made some effort to keep it clean.
The room we got was the QUEEN STANDARD. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the lamp has spiderwebs. The room was very very basic - bed, lamp, basic amenities. It had no cabinet, no phone and... NO BLANKET. Then there's the issue that the room smelled a lot like toilet. It was also located in the ground floor, back side (beside the street) - so its very noisy and there was the issue of security. We also noticed there wasn't any hot shower (which they "forgot" to inform us). We immediately requested for a room upgrade which they did accommodate. We upgraded to QUEEN DELUXE. For the price difference of Php100, the room definitely felt cozier. Phone and blanket were available, and they had small table with cups and a pitcher (no water/coffee though). Sadly, spiderwebs were still all over the room (lamp, table, ceiling). And worst, there were ants in the bed, toilet and floor. :(
The other rooms we got were the twin sharing and family suite. Same issues. The family suite was the best room overall (based on comfort). Big issue with the family suite is their toilet door gets jammed. Their staff had to help unlock the door everytime we forgot to keep the door unlocked when inside. Plus side for the suite is they had a window (which proved helpful during brownouts - free sunlight). All rooms had the same basic amenities. TV was okay. Wi-fi was not available for all rooms. They said it is available, but it is not. It is only available in the restaurant or right in front of the reception area.
Restaurant food is reasonably priced. It seems most customers go there to drink beer. Breakfast option is available (add Php50/head - Filipino breakfast). However, we never got to try their food due to the brownout that time. They couldn't provide meals so we were given a menu to choose from. After choosing, we were advised that they just bought Mcdonalds Chicken Fillet for everyone because its the only menu available. Seriously?? I felt like they bought that on purpose because it is priced at Php50 so no loss on their part. It was disappointing.
There was 2 brownout during our stay. First one we didn't know how long since we went out for dinner and just returned when the power was back on. Second brownout happened around 3am until we left about 9am. They do not have generator. That time, it was also raining heavily and the whole ground floor was flooded! The restaurant was flooded, the reception, etc. It was at least knee-level. How glad we were to upgrade our room to the 2nd level! Or else we would be swimming in flood as well.. We also didn't get to take a shower since there was water interruption as well. :( We never got to try the hot shower..
The street parking was at least high enough (not yet flooded) and thankfully they had a back door where we exited so we didnt have to walk in the flood. There were a lot of floating cockroaches and centipedes.. Parking is also very limited. They have 2-3 slots just in front of the hostel.
All in all, we couldn't be happier to just check-out early and go home and freshen up. The staff were very apologetic for the incident (brownout, flood, water interruption, breakfast). Again, the staff are helpful. It's the place that has a problem.

I apologize for this, I understand that even though our hostel is budget friendly we should give the service you deserve. During your stay we have typhoon and brown out that make your stay worst and we apologize for that. Currently, we are the doing everything we can from your feedback. We remove the additional 200 pesos if paid through card. I inform our staff to clean the rooms especially the lamps, tables with spiderwebs and dust. We've clean the ground floor from dust and smell, and we'll add perfume candle in bathroom to avoid the smell. I apologize for the breakfast, I also inform our staff that if the restaurant are closed we would ask the guest the breakfast they request without additional price. Thank you for your feedback and we really apologize, the only thing we can do is to improve the place in cleanliness and service so that this will not happen again to our guest.

Value for Money Place to Stay
Famous churches in Naga are just walking distance to these place. It is clean and orderly but very affordable. There is free wi-fi but low signal once inside the room where I stayed.There's a cafe that serves good food plus a complimentary breakfast for only 50php. The staff are very friendly too.
