Excellent resort

À very lovely resort with excellent, attentive staff. Right on the beach and with a great swimming pool in the compound. Reasonable prices and good, clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Ok but felt over charged

Staff was friendly and helpful and great overall, however bringing drinks into the room, u end up paying 50 pesos per drink, the guard just guesses the number of drinks, and u get charged, very annoying since the hotel bar closes at 10pm, no water sports, ants all over the room, the rooms are converted cargo containers

Rooms simple by the pool area.
Food ok in the restaurant.
Service ok and staff nice but ignorant.
You couldn 't bring food / drinks from outside , everything would be shopped at their own restaurant , otherwise you got fined . No drinks were available in the restaurant.
If you wanted to get food / drinks to the beach, there was a fee.

Poor Policy and LOVELY YUVALLOS IS A WORST MANAGER IN THIS HOTEL

I am honestly very frustrated with my stay at Anika Resort. I was told they will charge ₱50 just for a towel even if I return it upon check out. In addition, when I asked for an extra room key, they said there is a ₱500 deposit refundable which Already paid 1000 pesos for the BOND, THIS IS UNNECESSARY and INCONVENIENT FOR THE GUEST!!!
The entire experience felt disappointing, especially because of how the manager name LOVELY YUVALLOS handled the situation. I WONDER WHY SHE GOT HER POSITION, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND DO NOT EVEN GET A ROLE IN HOSPITALITY AT ALL!!!
She was completely lacking empathy and did not do anything to address or even acknowledge my concern. It’s very disheartening to see a manager act so indifferent toward guests issues. Filipinos are known for their customer service but this LOVELY YUVALLOS (MANAGER) DON'T EVEN HAVE THIS SKILLS!
These policies are unreasonable and not guest focused, and the managements attitude only made things worse.
As a Les Clefs d’Or member from New Zealand, I was expecting at least a sense of hospitality, understanding, and care but unfortunately, none of that was shown.
I left feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I will never recommend Anika Resort to any of my colleagues or guests. They truly need to re-evaluate their policies and, most importantly, their approach to customer service!!!!

Worst Resort Ever

As stated by all the bad reviews, they are all correct. They care more about the $$$ than actual customer service. This is the worst accommodation I ever had. Not recommended. Please don’t visit this place.
