Filthy Accomodation

This place is really messy. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it. The rooms are super dusty, I couldn’t breathe properly. I kept sneezing and wasn’t able to sleep. The bathrooms are filthy, I wouldn’t dare take a shower and had to use them as minimal as possible. Please be warned.

Horrible

Totally disappointed.
I have booked this beach resort that was terrible. The room was different with my booked. No TV, fridge, free toiletries, balcony, hot water for the shower. Unbelievable. Unprofessional staff they can not handle that situation.
Also, when I order the food in their restaurant. We have wait for almost one hour for seafood fried rice and fish and fries. Incredible
Most important is that restaurant just two of us. They didn't care about us. And when I tell to them twice. Yes, the food is come then the food was cold. Unbelievable, We are very angry cancer next day booking. Terrible.

Fake pictures. Horrible beach

I would say that Pandan is not a place to come for the beaches, or for anything else for that matter, but this hotel has the most disgusting beach. We intended to spend 3 nights but stayed less that 12 hours. Horrible. To make things worse the wifi was not working.
If for any reason you must stay here the staff is extremely nice and polite. The food is good, quite good, but sorry I did not come here for the food or the staff.
I came because the pictures you post online are as beautiful as deceptive. These are fake pictures: they have nothing to do with the real place and the beach. You should be sued for that
