Nice botique hotel in Manila.
- The stay is overall nice: place has that quaint, comforting, old house feels. Aesthetics are on point, room is adequate, bed is comfortable, and sleep came easy.
- For guests with pets, they come prepared with pet bed, food bowl, and drinking container. They were quick to prep another room for us when they saw we have our dog with us.
- Even though it's on the pricey side, food is very delicious and worth the payment. They're gourmet dishes indeed. Buttermilk fried chicken, beef tapa for bfast are must tries. The salad that came with the dishes is also great.
- 100% will stay again.
For improvement:
- Lights in the main room are all warm, it's challenging to move around at night. An option to have white light would be good.
- Can get distracting for room occupants when staff talk loudly while in the hallways.
- This may be an isolated case but saw it while we were checking out: management team should reprimand in private and praise in public. It's within the team lead's role and duty to mentor younger staff, but necessary care still needs to be taken so guests don't hear what the internal concern is about.

max. for 1 night if you are in a hurry
I was allocated the "garden suite", which was affected by considerable noise (aircraft, motorcycles, barking). The bed was comfortable but there was no bedside lamp which was awkward. The dinner very good, the breakfast ok.
Behind the main building on the site it looks very run-down.
Overall average, there's definitely better.

An oasis in a concrete jungle
Breakfast was ala carte but with a good variety to choose from, mainly Western fare. On the grounds, there's free parking for guests, swimming pool and a well-maintained and a garden spacious enough to hold open-air parties. Perhaps the only drawback here is it's nowhere near restaurants or malls that's walkable.
So if you prefer to sleep in a homey place that's away from the city noise, I'd recommend this one.

It’s wonderful to know that the overall atmosphere, breakfast, and facilities contributed to a relaxing stay. We also appreciate your note regarding the location, and we understand that walkability may be limited given our tucked-away setting.
Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another tranquil escape.

Extremely desapointed compare to previous experiences. The owners must address to this issues.
The staff allows other guest to behave badly- a group of 5 park their bycicles all around the terrace for 2 days blocking more soace and tables they should. None of the staff reacted, totally useless.
