Nice little place

Really nice place next to the airport in Puerto Princesa. You don't have to have a vacation about a 5-star resort, but a nice place with a nice pool in the middle of the hotel.
The cleaning could well be better and some of the rooms are a little worn out. The pressure on the shower is also not very good.
They offer good trips. We were on a day trip to the underground river and had a crazy fat experience, and a very cute guide. Can definitely be recommended.
The food in the restaurant is mediocre, but again fine, if not the expectations are too high. Good service and staff are very nice to help with further travel:)

Would definitely recommend for a night or two in Puerto princesca.

Great staff and room was nice and modern. Kettle fridge and TV all spot on. Would recommend. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Convenient for 1-2 nights in Puerto Princesa

This hotel is a great compromise between price, location and quality. The rooms aren't made in concrete but give enough privacy for your stay. The staff is very nice and the location is quite good also.
The only minor problems are:
- The pool is too close to the rooms, so if there are kids playing and shouting you can get disturbed very easy.
- The internet signal is going up and down. I guess it depends on what room are you staying.
- It is not in the street, so if you need to get a tricycle you need to walk a bit to find it. This is not really a problem, it is only something to remark if you have a trolley...

Nightmare

The towels are dirty.
Sheets and pillowcases are dirty and broken.
Air conditioning makes an unbearable noise (we have measured levels above 40 dB, which exceed the recommended limits for sleeping).
The balcony latch does not work, posing a serious security problem, as it connects to other rooms.
The views do not match what was advertised on the reservation.
Wifi connection is not working properly.

Laid Back Ambiance

It is near the airport, walking distance to various food shops and main road - Rizal Avenue but best of all is its rustic, lai-back and eco-friendly atmosphere (you could hear the sound of crickets in the evening)....the family room was a two-storey building that looks like a small house....there is a nice pool at the center............the only problem is the umpaved access road going to the hotel (it was quite muddy during the time of my visit since it was the start of the southwest monsoon)
