Good morning. All I can say is good, has a clean room. Good approach, nice hotel ang request ko lang po sana may pa free din po silang 2 bottled water to used for coffee kasi may pa free silang coffee but all in all good 👍.

Kaia Isabel Inn is very bad ! They do not even give us a notice that the inn is under renovation so they refer us to the new building which in turn asking us for more money (400 pesos ) just to let us stay in the hotel , they even suggested to cancel our booking if we don’t want to pay for the additional fees when the purpose of booking online is for us to generally save money compared to walk in booking.
Very bad management ! They don’t know how to handle and adjust such situation when actually it’s all their fault . I wonder why they are here in trip.com ? Remove them in this platform please
