Adequate accomodations, on the pricey side ($60/night)

Stayed 7 days Friendly, accommodating staff 4 ⭐, room was adequate for sleeping (2⭐), missing knobs on aircon, lots of flies in the room, had sewage smell in bathroom.

Budget friendly resort in San Fabian

If you are looking for a budget beach resort with good rooms while in San Fabian, they try Happy Ripples. They have good rooms and very close to the beach. Their swimming pool though is not that great. But if its the beach you want anyway, you could just ignore the pool. Food is also okay.
This resort is about 10kms away from the town proper. We only chose this resort because it is very close to my mom's place.

Has high potential of becoming a very good to excellent resort...

Overall the resort is nice and family friendly compared to others nearby. Location is good. Parking safe. Staff are courteous and attends to your concerns immediately. I hope they can still make the pool bigger and maintain its cleanliness especially during peak season. We got the Capiz House 2 which was okay for us for a family of 10 and 4 kids. Hope they can provide dining table inside coz its too hot in the mid-day to eat outside the veranda. Additional aircon will be better since its quite hot during the day. The house was big and clean except for the clogged sink which needs repair i think. Good thing is they allow cooking so I cant talk much of their food there. Suggest to have a nearby dirty kitchen on the side of the Capiz house to wash dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed the area where you play volleyball, billiards. An additional videoke is also better along the billiard area. The beach is just few steps from the resort which is just fine. The resort can still be improved and developed a lot so it can attract more guests.

Overnight Check Inn

When my niece awake, we have no rooms accomodation my brother house at Mabila-o we check inn here beach resort a few meters away this place. Very nice and quiet place beautiful landscapes seashores & amenities.

A mixed experience

Booked this place last minute on booking.com for a weekend during the holiday season. Front desk staff were friendly, seemed surprised to see us but improvised 2 rooms, including the 'VIP room' that was actually nice.
Staff was friendly and accommodating, they served our (mediocre) breakfast on the private terrace over the VIP room.
Quite a bit of karaoke singing and partying going on.
Main downside is the garbage and plastic on the beach. It's not their fault that plastic washes ashore but they should clean it up, constantly. Also there is a road being built right on the beach, not sure what the effect of that will be.
