Worth the long drive from the city; peaceful

Since it was in the middle of the rainy season, we had the resort all to ourselves on a weekend. I've chosen this place because I was told of the poor network signal and I wanted to have a peaceful and undisturbed birthday celebration with my family. But they have wifi with strong internet connection at the lobby only.
Great place rest and relax. Food tastes superb too. And they have varied dishes on their menu.
The staff were welcoming, accommodating and flexible to the wishes of their guests.
You can opt to swim in the pool or in the beach. Either way, the pool is clean and the beach is clear, but some stones are sharp.
Just one bad thing I can say, the bed linens smells like molds. A clear proof that the room had not been used for so long, and they didn't bother change the linens.

Hidden and quaint hotel and resort in San Joaquin

Hotel and resort is perfect place when you need downtime and quiet place to relax. Staff were very helpful, rooms were Very clean and big, facilities though modest is acceptable. One negative thing though is the limited choice of seafood dishes being offered on their menu at their restaurant for dinner or lunch. Being situated almost near the shores, it was expected that a little variety of seafood should be offered or available. Sadly, only tuna fish and bangus is available. On positive note though, other dishes being served is good. And moreover, wifi speed is agonizingly slow, cell signal is almost erratic from zero to 1 bar. As this is a place to get away and have downtime, zero cell signal and slow wifi speed might as well what you may really need.

最低最悪

The lowest worst hotel. I can not connect the phone. The fridge is full of molds. I do not see the TV. Beach towels are charged. I bought detergent and washed the electric pot, but when I boiled the hot water, garbage / ant came out. Ali hundreds from the bottom of the pot, opened Sato's paper bag to drink coffee, hundreds of ants from inside. I planned 4 nights but checked out the next morning. When saying that I want to check out in the evening on the check-in day, I answered that there is no problem because the card settlement is done. Because the telephone can not be connected within the hotel, we book another hotel on the street in front of the hotel. Because employees always use mobile phones in front of the hotel, even if we make internal calls at the front desk in the hotel, we can not stay connected. Check-out date (the next morning) Although we waited for a taxi to pick up before the front desk, we gathered all the luggage, but the staff who attended work had no greetings. The worst. It is my first experience. Language is not the difference between walls and culture. Because it is close to my parents' house, I made a reservation, except for me it is a local man. By the way, we were staying alone, we had a young couple on check - in day, but have you seen it since the night?

Pricey, but we had fun!

Went to assemblage for day use with the family.
When we go on a summer outing, or any place at that, it is usually my role to speed check a place, price wise and what it got to offer. You have to pay for the entrance plus the use of pool if you want to go swimming, that fee has a free drink and sandwich. That's not bad for a morning to afternoon frolicking on the pool and a time at the beach. Although, i prefer looking for some nice looking stones along the shoreline than to risk swimming at the open sea, but that's just me.
Menu is quite expensive, so be prepared.
For us who prepare for this out of town trip, it's okay to spend a little as long as we're having fun!

Rural Gem

Get lulled by the sound of the waves against the sea wall. See the lights of distant fishing boats at night while dining. Savor the fresh bounties of the sea > tuna belly/panga/kilaw. Relax and get a massage from a local. Get tanned snorkelling or just lazing by the pool.
A good base to explore nearby attractions like historical churches of Miag-ao, San Joaquin and Anini-y. Cross to nearby Nogas Island and soak at Siraan Hot Springs.
Will visit again someday.
