Rooms are very tidy. Staff are always courteous and helpful.
Breakfast (free) are made to order. Place is in the heart of downtown and public market is just a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend Hotel Palwa.👍

Breakfast is excellent! Made to order from very willing, accommodating and courteous cook and staff and server.

We liked walking distance to all of our businesses we had to visit, close to the beach and restaurants good location 👍😎clean room, staff very helpful, nice light breakfast thank you 🙏 😉

I walked out and want my money refunded. The place was not as advertised. It sat directly in back of a gas station and smelled of burnt rubber and gasoline. My hands even smelled of it. The room was small and the temperature was 40 C when I entered. The AC did not cool it. It was oppressive.
I tried to contact Expedia but to no avail.

No coffee in the room, coffee was extra charge ice was also extra charge. I wasn't notified when my breakfast was ready so it was cold and the toast was hard and dry. There no shower curtain in the bathroom
The bathroom window couldn't be closed.
