Never again, ants, mold and algae pool, personnel pretending to not understand English

This place is a joke.
We reserved with the pool, but upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was unusable due to it being filled with green algae.
Additionally, in the first room we were assigned, we encountered several issues, including mold, ants, and a non-functional toilet flush. After bringing this to the attention of the property management, we were moved to a different apartment. However, this new apartment was a four-person unit, and we were five, which meant one person had to sleep on the floor. This apartment also had mold, just way more (entire ceiling), a non-working toilet flush, and a broken TV. To make matters worse, all of the apartments were in a generally dirty condition.
Never again, especially not considering we spent 5600 Pesos, Equivalent to almost 100€ for one night.

Nice place

right in front of a Ina ng Laging Saklolo chuch (could be a pro/con depends on you) so it's quite easy to track down. Very near Colette's pasalubong and only a few minutes away from Picnic grove as well. They do provide free wireless internet, hot shower, common kitchen, very spacious room and clean restrooms. On a side note, the bidet was not working in our room, though there is a pail of water to compensate. Prices are cheap and plenty of rooms available for walk ins. Didn't quite see the garden as we were pretty much there for 1 night only and come morning we were out. Also, might be worth mentioning that they do not provide your usual hotel amenities (shampoo, soap, towels - though they do provide 2 pairs of slippers) as this is a B&B place.

Simple room

We chose to stay here due to its competitive pricing in Agoda. We were choosing between this, hotel keni and the tagaytay budgetel but the last two were already fully booked. All 3 have good reviews. You may get what you pay since other hotels already charges too high for a staycation budget. We got the room "W". Small yet just enough to spend the night. Foreign visitors may find the room small but for average pinoys this is okay. They have hot and cold shower, clean bathroom. Bed was okay. Not that comfy but you are not staying in a hotel. Very accommodating staff. Have enough parking for guests. What is good here, across the street is a catholic church and 1-2mins walk is a resto called Java Jazz cafe which offers a lot of food options you can try.

It's okay.

We booked 2 standard rooms for 6 adults (with 2 extra beds) and 2 toddlers for Php 4k on short notice. The place is a few miles away from common tourist landmarks in Tagaytay. Parking is free. The place has a nice garden down the slope, and the view is very relaxing. A church is located just across the highway. The rooms didn't have tissue rolls, and we still had to ask for extra blankets. WiFi is slow but tolerable.
