Resturant service was extremently slow. The tuna sandwich was covered in more garnish, vegetables, and unknow items to render the tuna worthless as a meat item.

Our family unforgetable stay in Grand Westside Hotel.

I would like to acknowledge their staff for being accommodating and prompt, to nurse Ms K. Camba whom attended my son and house keeping staff Ms. Ren forkeeping our room neat and clean. My family is thankful during our stay there. Ambiance of the hotel is above expectation. This hotel is situated minutes ride to the airport. Family friendly staff from the pool side and the dining area.

Great stay except for the weather

Our second stay at the Westside and it was as good as expected.
The hospitality, rooms, service, etc were all very good, and the shuttle to and from NAIA is a great bonus.
The breakfast is always top notch, catering for both Asian and Western tastes. A special shout out to Christine, Kyla, and Raiza in the restaurant for taking good care of us. Thank you ladies, we hope to see you on our next visit.
The only downside was the poor weather. You don't see rain for several months, and then you go on holiday... Sadly, it meant that we couldn't use the pool.

Super helpful friendly, professional staff. Every one. VERY clean. Very nice pool area. The sauna and steam room were a great touch. Only downside is that they were gender-separate (one in each gender''s locker room area). So my wife and I could not enjoy it together. Not a huge deal though.
Room was pretty small and the walls pretty thin (light late-night noise), which is the only reason this is not five stars.
