AVOID. Not goog, and order WILL be wrong, kind of a you get what we want you to get, and poor quality.

I visit toledo /Cebu often, and I am retiring here soon. This was my go to and it has always been fantastic. Met with friends there today, after 9 month absence. Noone was there (customers) which was a first. I ordered blackened tuna/belly. I was brought the head? It was scorched, and there wasn't any edible meat on it at all, NONE, just bone. The waiter apologized and said while I said "Belly", and he repeated it back to me - my finger was on the menu where the "head" photo was...I asked him to bring me a Hamburger, with NOTHING but a little catsup and mustard. 20 mins later, I got a hamburger with cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and an ODD brown gravy all over it. Im not a complainer, but I asked him where the issue was??? He told me the waiter told the cook (he was the waiter) and the cook does what he wants. And yes, I was charged for the fish and hamburger, and I paid happily. The other guest got what they ordered, and advised they don't normally eat here anymore as the food is simply no longer good, specifically the wings were good, the pork belly was not good at all, nor was the curry chicken (cold and flavorless). I am going to join all the other folks that don't eat here. Everyone was polite (staff) but you literally cannot place an order and get what you ask for, not even close, and again, the three of us were only customers, and at least 6 staff visible. AVOID. McDonalds is better, and there you can order fries, and get fries. Order a plain hamburger? Yep, you will get one. Shame, but I wouldn't eat here for FREE, nor will I ever return. Not worth the drive, and we were close. JM
