Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden und macht einen rundum gepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten ein riesengroßes, sauberes Zimmer. Abends auf der Terasse gut und preiswert gegessen (aktuell: Pfifferlinge). Leckeres Bier vom Fass.
Freundliches Personal, das ein paar Brocken deutsch vesteht.
Achtung: Restaurant schließt schon um 21 Uhr (ist in der Gegend oft so...)!
Der Ort Chojna, einst wohl "das Rothenburg Pommerns" genannt, ist im Krieg überaus stark zerstört worden und will auf den ersten Blick gar nicht gefallen. Man registriert nur noch ganz vereinzelte Altbauten, ansonsten viel leere Fläche und Plattenbauten.... Wir haben uns allerdings die Mühe gemacht, nach dem Abendessen den ausgeschilderten Spazierweg entlang der Reste der alten Stadtmauer zu wandern und haben dabei einen anderen, liebenswerten Blick auf die Stadt gewonnen.
Wenn wir noch einmal in der Nähe (Oder, Uckermark) reisen, werden wir sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
