A Hotel i will visit again

Nice and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Food is good. The spa is great.

Generous space available

Very good hotel in good location. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Very clean. Restaurant was not busy in the evening. The salad lacked a bit the dressing or for ital. Kitchen of Balsamic. Breakfast was plentiful. Prices a little higher. Overall very good.

Nice location and great food.

Hotel located in a beautiful location, right on the lake. Rooms are basic but fine. The Italian restaurant that belongs to the hotel has very good meals. Breakfast is fantastically good. Finally: great value for money.

Pretty little town by the lake. Must experience Ostroda in Summer and stay at Willa Port.

the best bed and pillows.,. Slept like a baby...and has the cleanest toilet, towels are neatly rolled, fresh and clean - i am Asian and this is the first thing i check every time i am in a hotel.. plus, staff are very friendly, polite and speaks multi languages too.... :)

Great place to stay

Excellent hotel. Central location with easy access to town Centre as well as the lake. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice bathroom. Nice restaurant with quality food. First class buffet breakfast. Large car park in front of hotel. In short, a great place to stay both on business and family visits.
