Perfect place to relax

Lovely place to be on your own or with a family.All the staff it was always very helpful and them service it was perfect.Food it is delicious.Plenty of choices. I cold live there such a lovely atmosphere like at home.SPA zone it's amazing and very clean.

Very clean

Very happy with the hotel! Friendly staff! Nice swimming pool and lake! Food is good nice bar area! Good park for young children with a small zoo! There is also tennis court! We loved it and We will definitely be going back next year!

Below average standards

... I was very excited to enjoy quite time in the woods by the lake , let’s just say by 4am
whole area went crazy !!!!
Some genius decided to build petting zoo in the woods next to the hotel and cottages
4 o’clock in the morning roosters went crazy
so basically no one slept all night !!!
At 7am we couldn’t take it anymore, went to the main building for coffee, and then another surprise !!! From desk lady told us restaurant is closed and it opens at 10am , no coffee in the morning !!! also accused us of being animal haters because we didn’t enjoy unbelievable rooster screaming at 4am !!!!!!!!!!!
Long story short ! This place is very miss managed, very poor customer service!!!
Beautiful area but will never be successful with idiots running this resort/ ZOO !!!!

Don't go there ...

The hotel is outdated, seems very depressed. The staff is trying but clearly they have not been trained to do anything right. I stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned / serviced one single day. When I told the staff that this is strange they wanted to give me a bottle of water (which was apparently supposed to be in the room) for free as a gesture ... On checkout I asked again if it is normal that the rooms are not serviced and was told no. But there was no offer for any compensation or anything else. The price was also far too expensive for what this place is.

2 star hotel for 4 star price

Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. To begin, no mini fridge in the room, the staff did not carry change at the bar to break 100 ZL and tried to pay back a 24 ZL bill with 38 coins (2 ZL each). We travelled with a child and we asked for a kettle to warm up some water in our room that would be used to warm up the babys food - their response was that they are a 2 star hotel and don't offer such services. When we went bowling we tried to pay for a coca cola with coins - the bar tender threw the coins back at us and told us they dont accept such change. Food was terrible - has to return the Flaki and they still made us pay for them. Overall a very terrible experience as a high price.
