Great location but nothing more

Great location, clean rooms but quite small. No kitchen anex, fridge or anything like in the pic. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. When we arrived about 9pm we realised that we only got 1 towel for 2 people. I called and report that (also said about toiletries) was assured someone will provide it very soon but no one came. I tried to call again and again but no one response. Next day my husband "catch" the cleaning lady and ask her for towel, he was accused of lying because she said she always leave 2 towels. Very unprofessional.

Lack of consideration for customer

Jest mi bardzo przykro jak zostałam potraktowana przez właściciela lokalu. Zarezerwowałam pokój na Sylwestra i miałam jechać z Gdańska by spędzić go z przyjaciółką, która niestety wylądowała w szpitalu.. odwołałam rezerwacje kilkakrotnie prosiłam właściciela o zrozumienie i chociażby częściowy zwrot kosztów które poniosłam (520 zł) ale nie dostałam nawet odpowiedzi! Zero kontaktu! Nie życzę zeby komuś się coś takiego przytrafiło, płatność z góry a właściciel was oleje tak jak mnie. Przykre to, bo nawet nie dostałam odpowiedzi a prosiłam o zrozumienie w tej przykrej sytuacji.
