Recommended hotel

Very nice hotel garni, very well-kept, clean, modern rooms. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. All employees are friendly and helpful, some of them speak German or English. The price-performance ratio is good by German standards.

Ok but one major issue!

One night family stay in two adjoining rooms booked as quad room with paid breakfast.
Plus points.
Hotel in good corner position in old town opposite paid parking.
Breakfast was good, varied typical Polish spread with helpful staff when coffee machine needed attention.
Not so plus points.
Hotel lacks atmosphere and as such feels soulless.
The breakfast is served in an underwhelming basement area.
Our rooms were small but practical.
Beds at best standard size, very low and creaky.
Both a/c units worked as fans but didn’t really cool the rooms.
Major issue…….
We soon noticed lots and lots of bagged linen etc at the bottom of the stairs near to reception. I explained to the receptionist this was a fire and escape hazard and was told you can just get through and it would be removed tomorrow!
Once I explained this unacceptable it was moved soon after.
However at checkout I noticed some similar items stored in the same place…..clearly bad habits!
On this basis alone we would not stay here again!

Excellent

Another visit in Elblag we wouldn't go anywhere else lovely hotel clean and quiet i cant praise staff enough reception girls housekeeping and breakfast staff amazing thank you very much for everything and room deluxe is exactly what we need it im amazed how this hotel isnt 4 * definitely recomemending to everyone who doesn't want to pay millions for high standard see you aagain soon

Clean and modern

The location of the hotel is in the very centre. It doesnt offer a car park but there is a guarded parking just opposite, that offers special prices for hotel guests.
The room was modern and clean, same with the bathroom. The windows are huge so there is lots of light but also tick curtains to make it dark during the night.
The breakfast offered a big variety of fresh goodies.

Good hotel

This hotel is located in the old town of Elblag and the location is really good.
During my stay the internet connection was only working sporadic.
Over all the cleaning and the breakfast buffet was good.
