Positive suprise

Because so cheap orize, we didnt have too high expetations, but woah, place was clean, number-locks worked well, pillows were good, bed too, only little too small for two but we didnt fell during sleep so... There was only two towels, hand-towel would been nice add. Location was great, just few min walk and you were in middle of old town. Finding parking place for car was little challenging but we did found a spot pretty near.
Like few earlier rewievs said, walls were paper-thin, we heard everything from neighbour, startin plugging in their phonecharger and when their wake up-alarm started "singing" we woke up too. Earplugs might be good add to your bag if you visit there and you are light sleeper. Cleaning-lady started working right after 6am...
Overall, def going back if there is vacancy next time we travel in Gdansk.

We stayed at the property that was classified as a 3-star hotel with breakfast on Booking. The breakfast, which they called continental, was left in a locker with a code to open, in containers similar to those used in hospitals. The food was always the same (we stayed for 3 days eating nothing since they only offered the same savory items), the rooms were never cleaned, and the towels, which were torn, were never changed. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and it was not intact.
In short, having paid almost 400 euros for a 3-day stay for 2 people is truly a theft.

Comfort

Guests walking and talking all night. Very noisy and annoying. The main door knocking loud so you can’t sleep in that place. Dirty floor in room and little bed for 2 people. Better to pay 10€ more and stay in hilton. Very overpriced rooms even in april.

Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable, downside was my bathroom was across hall albeit private. Thought I was staying in complex with pool etc not a side street in Gdańsk, saying that close to amenities , my room was next to entrance so had to listen to everyone coming and going and smoking outside window! Still good for the price but more clarification Would have been nice, also no toiletries as stated apart from hand wash

Awful customer service !

The hotel Mis sold information regarding the parking situation. Firstly it was free then it was a paid parking situation and not even organized by the hotel.
I then has a heated phone conversation with a worker, in which he was condescending towards us. When quoting items included from their flyer over the phone we were met with sarcastic remarks which weren’t appreciated.
In terms of the room it was basic at best and the window opened up onto the pavement due to the room being below ground level which wasn’t mentioned prior to arrival.
