Nice place

We are frequent visitors of this hotel. The view from the rooms at Wisla river are very beautiful. Breakfast is also really good. If you go for lunch or dinner in the restaurant- tartar and steak are must tries.

Extremely poor - Ventilator Shaft Noise - Arrogant rude Manager!

They gave me a room next to the ventilator shaft containing a large and very noisy fan. It was impossible to get to sleep, even with ear plugs. When I asked for a replacement room, they were "all allocated". The Manager was allegedly uncontactable.... In the end I had to drag my mattress to the staff changing room to get some sleep. In the morning when I found the Manager, it was apparent that this was a well known problem and that they greedily kept selling the room with no advice to their customers in order to make money. He was in arrogant Male Polish "denial". He had no concept of modern international basic customer service or issue management. Very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT stay here!

Nice modern hotel

Nice modern hotel. Good breakfast, nice service, clean rooms. Decent prices for rooms. Restaurant a little bit too expensive. Gas station nearby. Vistula river just next to. Not too much to see or do around, so usually for one night .......

Modern & functional hotel besides gasoline station & with good restaurant.

Modern, functional & clean hotel besides the gas station & the bridge.
Good breakfast, popular restaurant, nice, modern rooms.
It is interesting to explore the near by town of Tczew with beautiful market square & historic railway bridge.

Appalling service

Called for lunch as a stop off we ordered drinks and dumplings, pancakes and soup. One dish didn’t arrive and when questioned was told they didn’t have that chose an alternative told 10 min wait. After 15 mins was told 10 mins. Asked for bill and was brought it included costs dumplings and a service charge. I was offered to take this away but not suitable on a long journey.
Waitress dropped coffee on us and another waiter dropped a whole tray of drinks.
Food that was delivered was good
